PCRBA Annual Meeting/Field Day October 2, 2010
PCRBA Annual Meeting/Field Day will be held at 10 a.m. on October 2,
2010 at Mr. & Mrs. Fred Diamond's Farm in Saucier, MS.
Lunch will be served.

before the meeting.
We encourage everyone to attend for a day of Food, Fun, & Fellowship!
The Fourth Annual PCRBA Sale will be held Saturday 10 April, 2010 at the Magnolia Center in Laurel, Miss.

1. Consignment Fee, Registration Papers, & Veterinary Inspection Papers are DUE no later than FEBRUARY 28, 2010
2. We are putting together a Sale Catalog ~ IF you have pictures of the sale cattle...Please send a copy of your Registration
Papers along with the pictures to: Julie Brown you may email @ CowpenCreek1@aol.com or normal postal service to our address.
These are also due no later than February 28, 2010 ~ The sooner the better!
3. PCRBA Sale Concession: We are going to have a concession available this year to help raise money for the association.
Any type of Donations will be appreciated. Please contact Julie Brown..if you have any thing to donate or can get donated.
Any type of food utensils, Plates, Cups, etc.; Homemade cookies, cakes, pies. You can even donate your time ~ by helping
us during the sale!
*4. VERY IMPORTANT ~ Please read the enclosed RULES & REGULATIONS of the PCRBA Sale!! These will be followed by everyone
~ NO EXCEPTIONS! If not followed correctly, Your cattle will be TURNED AWAY on Sale Day.

Meeting for the PRCBA in November has been rescheduled for January 9, 2010.
Meeting will take place in Hattiesburg, MS at the James Lynn Cartlidge Center.
Time will be 3:00 pm
We will be discussing the 2010 cattle sale.
Registration certificates.
Hopefully we will have a guest speaker.
Hope to see everyone there.
